Heidi Kulicke is a Certified Social Worker who specializes in working with children, teens, and families. She comes from a school social work and outpatient therapy background, where she specialized in treating the child and family system as a whole. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2020 with her Master of Social Work degree.
Heidi’s demeanor with clients is warm, attentive, and collaborative. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to address trauma and mental health challenges, including directive and non-directive play therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Heidi incorporates mindfulness in her therapy practice, addressing the mind-body-spirit connection. Her therapeutic style emphasizes a strengths-based, holistic approach to healing. Heidi has seen firsthand the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, healthy nutrition, and exercise on well-being. She encourages her clients to find balance in their lives as much as possible on their healing journey.
In her spare time, Heidi enjoys music, movies, cooking, painting, attending concerts, spending time with friends, traveling, visiting national parks, and enjoying nature as much as possible with her dog, Zoey.
