Raleigh Ramos

Raleigh Ramos is pictured bouldering during the evening. Raleigh has long, wavy dark hair and is wearing navy athletic pants, a brown heather sweater, and a cream colored beanie hat.

Raleigh’s path toward becoming a Clinical Mental Health Therapist began when she worked as a personal trainer. After years of training people’s physical bodies, she became aware that what meant most to her was how the changes they experienced affected their spirit.

She moved to Israel at 24 and spent three years living in a small spiritual community and learning about holistic practices, spirituality, and mindfulness. Her passion for helping others and her increasing awareness of the integration of the mind, body, and spirit led her to begin her path toward becoming a therapist.

Raleigh is currently a student pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University and is excited to be a part of the team of Full Circle and utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice.

She loves everything outdoors and is an avid rock climber, hiker, backpacker, snowboarder, meditator, and yoga practitioner. Raleigh firmly believes that everything we do is a learning experience, and getting out and doing those things, especially in nature, are the fields in which we practice all our skills.
