ACT for Life: 8 Week Series

Cultivate purposeful change and growth in this 8-week series that fuses the mind-body concepts of yoga with the evidence-based effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy practices.
Each week we will gather for a gentle trauma-informed yoga practice (NO PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED) designed to create space for self-reflection and group processing and discussion as we each explore and develop a personal plan to:
CONNECT to what’s most important
ACCEPT the challenges before us
LET GO of what’s holding us back
GROW a rich & meaningful life
Weekly gatherings include guided opportunities to reflect, discuss, and support as a group as well as take-home materials to guide and support your individual progress between weekly group meetings. This group meets in person on Thursdays from 7-9 PM from January 5th through February 23rd.

**Registration is $399 – may split into two payments of $199.50 or 3 payments of $133.00. Deposit payment due at time of registration, remainder of balance due by series conclusion (select the payment plan option at registration). Deposit & subsequent payments are non-refundable if you do not finish pmt in full or choose not to attend the series.**
