Befriending Compassion in the New Year: a special New Year’s Day practice led by Jade Stromberg
Are you ready to let go of the pressure of unsustainable New Year resolutions that fizzle out and leave you feeling worse rather than better? Together we will take a kinder approach as we cultivate self-care and compassion through the practice of yoga and meditation; setting ourselves up to create sustainable, heartfelt intentions that will support us and others in the coming year.
This is an accessible 90 min. all levels class.
Beginners are encouraged and welcome!
