Registration for our October LoveYourBrain Yoga series is now open!
This is a FREE 6-week yoga and meditation series for people who have experienced a traumatic brain injury (including a concussion) and their caregivers. Absolutely no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed to fully participate.
Individuals who join us for the series will have an opportunity to: participate in gentle yoga adapted for the TBI community, learn meditation techniques to promote relaxation, & connect with others who have experienced a TBI.
Classes begin October 4th. Series is limited to 13 participants. Sign up early to guarantee your spot.
