A monthly gentle, candlelight yoga practice and sound bath experience

Join Jennifer Roney for a soulful flowing yoga practice that emphasizes breath-led movement and encourages thoughtful intention. Feel energized and balanced as you move and breathe while surrounded by warming candlelight.
This active practice is followed by 30 minutes of final relaxation, or restful meditation, immersed in a sound bath led by Tarek Weber of West Wind Sound Sessions. Using a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and more, Tarek fills the room with healing rhythm and sound as you rest.
This event is appropriate for beginner and experienced practitioners alike. $25 drop-in. $20 for Members, Veterans, and First Responders. Save $5 per experience by purchasing a 3 pack pass for $60 (grab your friends – you can share the 3 pack).
